What types of pets do you accept?

We primarily care for dogs, both small and large. Dogs must be a minimum of 16 weeks old. We also offer boarding for cats at $25 per night. If you have other pets you’d like to board, feel free to reach out to discuss availability and care needs.

What are your hours of operation?

We’re open 7 days a week to serve your pet’s needs. Our lobby hours are:

 

  • Monday – Thursday 8am – 6pm (Closed between 2pm- 4:30pm)
  • Friday 8am – 6pm
  • Saturday – Sunday 9am – 5pm
Where are you located?

We are located in the heart of Taylorsville, KY, just a short drive from Louisville, Shelbyville, and Mt. Washington.

Do I need to make a reservation for dog boarding?

Yes, we highly recommend making a reservation for dog boarding, especially during busy seasons or holidays. This ensures we have space available for your dog.

Can I bring my dog’s bedding or toys?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring any bedding, toys, or personal items that will make your dog feel more comfortable. We provide cozy cots and orthopedic beds, but having familiar items from home can help your dog settle in more easily.

Is daycare included with my dog’s boarding stay?

Yes! Daycare play is included in all of our boarding packages. Your dog will have plenty of playtime and socialization with other dogs throughout the day.

Can my dog receive medication during their stay?

Yes, we provide medication administration at no additional charge. Just bring any necessary medication, and our staff will ensure your dog receives it on time.

What vaccinations do you require?

For the safety of all pets, we require the following vaccinations:

 

  • DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza)
  • Rabies
  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

 

Please ensure your dog is up to date on these vaccinations before their visit.

Can my dog attend daycare or boarding if they are in heat?

Yes! They can attend daycare or boarding while in heat but, they just cannot do group play with Male dogs.

What do I need to bring for my dog’s stay?

When boarding or attending daycare, please bring the following:

 

  • Please bring your pet’s food. If we need to provide house food, there will be an additional charge of $5 per day.
  • Vaccination records (you can upload them to our parent portal for convenience)
  • Any comfort items such as treats, bones, or a favorite blanket
    Medication, if applicable

 

We provide cots, orthopedic beds, and stainless steel food and water bowls.

How much does dog boarding cost?

Our dog boarding rates vary depending on the length of stay and any additional add-ons you choose. For a detailed price list, please contact us or visit our Pricing page.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation may incur a fee.

Do you offer discounts for multiple dogs?

Yes! We offer multi-dog discounts. If you have more than one dog staying with us, be sure to inquire about our special rates.

Can you accommodate special care needs for my dog?

Absolutely! We offer a range of personalized care options for dogs with special needs, including senior dogs or puppies. If your dog has specific needs, just let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure they receive the care they require.

Do you offer grooming services?

Yes, we offer baths and full grooming during your dog’s stay.
